FORNO
When passion and dedication comes together we can see exemplary results. A group of young chefs created 'Forno' as a way to serve some delicious desserts and soft breads. Currently due to the prevailing situation, they are operating based on delivery orders but they have great plans for the future. We thought of trying out their products and ordered a couple of items:
- Sticky Toffee Pudding - Carrot cake with cream cheese icing - Triple chocolate brownie - peanut butter c

The Irish House
This outlet is Located right in the heart of The Bay, RMZ Eco world. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings, wherein you can puff seating outside with a calm view right infornt. As they have happy hours from 1pm to 7pm, my colleagues (who likes beer more than water) were excited to visit this place. We did agree as we could see some good options for vegetarians too. We had ordered almost everything on the menu but we shall highlight only a few. - Chilli Guava - Green Appl

Paakashala
We all know the quality of Adigas Hotel and the taste they maintained across their branches. Recently we thought of ordering from outside as it was long time since we had outside food due to the prevailing situation. We ordered from @restaurant. shala (Rebranded) Chandra Layout branch because we knew there would be no compromise on taste and also on hygiene. We ordered two starters, Babycorn Manchurian and Paneer Peshawari Tikka. Both were distinct in taste and it was tender

#TAGZ
Good news for people who are ignoring their beloved potato chips. This Bengaluru based startup has come up with new idea of 'Popped Potato chips' with 50% less fat as it is not fried or baked. Who are they? They are a GenZ snack brand, incorporated in 2019 in Namma Bengaluru, that crafts innovative, lip-smacking & fitter snacks, as lit as the present generation. Talking about the package, we liked their concern about the ongoing situation and attaching a small sachet of sanit

Village - The Soul of India
This rating is not only based on food, it includes the experience which you gain when you visit the restaurant. This place offers not only food but also entertaining acts, folk dance and fun games. The restaurant is located on the top floor of JP Nagar Central Mall. The setup is more like local village but clean and neat with sufficient seating. They welcomed us with Jal Jeera/ Orange juice/ Masala Chass in small glasses. Jal Jeera was slightly salty but other two were perfec

Le Terrace Cafe
Visited this place which was hardly few minutes away from our house. A rooftop Cafe with decent seating, it also provides Hukka (shisha). They have wide range in menu; from bar bites to quick bites, Indian to Chinese, milkshakes to desserts. We ordered many items from the menu. Cheese corn nuggets, Jalapeño cheese fingers and Stuffed Mushrooms were the good ones. The portions served were reasonably with decent pricing. Italian cheese rolls, Veg Nachos and Bruschetta were at t

Kaifu
This small Chinese restaurant on BEL road, was suggested by one of my friend. She had mentioned that they serve some serious, delicious food which is worth paying and tummy filling. We ordered: -Veg Manchow soup - Pan fried momos - Veg Hakka Noodles. As we are not a big fans of soup, we shared one Manchow soup which was served with fried noodles. Seeing the portions served in the bowl, we were surprised! It was more than we expected. It had all the vegetables finely chopped,

It is one of the oldest and famous place for Chinese cuisine in Mangaluru, serves all types of Chinese dishes under one roof. We tried Manchow soup, Fried Wontons, Mushroom Chilli and Dragon Noodles. Everything had a very distinct taste and flavor. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, Wontons weren't dripping with oil nor the Mushrooms. The special attraction was Dragon noodles! It had pan fried noodles with good amount of vegetables and served with fried noodles. Never seen a r

The Yellow Submarine
This place is right Opp to IIM Bengaluru, situated on rooftop of Big Bazaar. Having a micro brewery, they craft their own specialty beers. Coming to food, we had ordered Tandoori platter both veg n non veg, potato wedges, lotus stem chips and 24 inch Monster Pizza! Hope honest reviews are accepted! TANDOORI VEG PLATTER had (putting it according to taste) Malai Broccoli, Paneer Tikka, Stuffed mushrooms and dahi ke kababs. Malai Broccoli was a surprise as it was grilled properl

Sattvam
I had read lots of mixed reviews about this place but finally decided to checkout on my own. The buffet has only veg and saatvik bhojan (Sattvic diet is a diet based on foods in Ayurveda and Yoga literature that contain good quality) so you might feel it is not as tasty as other restaurants. They also have Jain friendly dishes. The special dish available here was Amrood ke Sabji (Guvav curry) which was surprisingly good and new. There was also Sattvik kofta, paprika Paneer an

Green Theory
We ordered Farmhouse pizza, Green Theory Nachos, Peach ice tea and Virgin Mojito. Pizza was good, base was made out of wheat and toppings were also decent. Of course it was cheesy but turned out to be very sweet (might be cause of tomatoes and bell peppers). Nachos didn't meet our expectations (was it masala Nachos? I mean it had Jeera n other spices in it). It was more of cheese and less of toppings & salsa sauce. Ice tea was regular and virgin Mojito was some what like Masa

Antarastriya
We tried Gobi Noodles and red sauce pasta here. Let me start with Gobi noodles: Golden fried Cauliflower+ Noodles= Gobi noodles. Simple as that! Costs 60rs for half a plate and tastes normal. It's is not manchurian Noodles so no high expectations. Red sauce pasta: Pasta (penne) was cooked properly and served with jalapeños and black olives with adequate amount of sauce. Only thing I would like to point out is that it was sour. Might cause of too much vinegar or olives not sur

Big Bites
About food: They have lots of things in their menu! Take it from Chats to Chinese, ice-creams to shakes they have it. They even have special menu ' s Special'. Everything has its own taste (unlike other chat centers). I would like to recommend the Masala Pav bhaji, Papdi Pizza, Tava Pulav, Chinese Masala Puri and Fruit Beer. They have lots of new things to experiment (at your own tasting risk) They have less seating space and will be crowded with students in the evening (so b

The Asian Curry House
About the food, as the name says they serve Asian food (soups, sushi, bao, noodles & rice). We had Shanghai style Broccoli and cauliflower, Veg Fried Sushi, Sichuan Noodles and Red Ruby for dessert. Taste wise they stood up to the expectations we had also I felt it's somewhere worth the cost you pay! About the place, as it's located in the food court of Mantri Square, Malleshwaram, they have a bit of space crunch. The staff were courteous, handled well even during the peak tim

Oreo Pakoda!! Say whaatt! Yes! You heard me right. Oreo biscuit, mixed with batter and deep fried. Totally insane! You should also try Chowpatty chatpata fries. Dhadoom has opened its 1st outlet in Namma Bengaluru in @mantrisquareblr. They serve quick bites and shakes. Price is not much reasonable I would say but worth the taste! It's owned by Chef. Harpal Singh Soki and I must say Namak shamak, Namak shamak, daal dete hai (though it's not relating here) Only suggestion I wou
